压力容器应力场数值模拟及边缘应力初探

摘要 利用三维扫描仪对压力容器进行扫描,从而比较精确的建立模型,再利用ANSYS软件得到椭球壳与圆柱壳体的连接处的边缘应力的分布曲线和碟形壳与圆柱壳体的连接处的应力分布曲线,重点解决了压力容器边缘应力的计算问题,对设计压力容器时的安全性提供了重要的资料。 Scanning the pressure vessel by the three-dimensional scanner to get a precise model firstly, and secondly using the numerical analysis software(mainly the ANSYS software) to get the distribution curves of the edge stress at the connection areas between the ellipsoidal shell and the cylindrical shell, and between the dished shell and the cylindrical shell, and finally by comparing the results of calculation by FEA with that of the experiments, a map that adapted to the engineering practice was obtained, which may guide the pressure vessel to work under safe and reliable condition and to make more economic benefits and social effects. The research solved the problem of calculation on the edge stress of pressure vessels mainly, and provided an important information for safety in the designing of pressure vessels.
