摘要
改进的奥尔洛夫方法、斯鲁霍斯基方法和美国工程设计手册方法是目前计算炮口制退器效率的三种理论计算模型,这些模型采用不同的假设,利用不同的结构参数。为深入认识和正确使用这三种模型,编制了相关数值计算程序,通过仿真分析了三种模型下各结构参数对效率的影响和灵敏度。结果表明,三种模型都着重考虑了四个结构参数的影响,这四个参数对炮口制退器效率的影响趋势大体一致;三种模型均显示炮口制退器效率对侧孔几何轴线倾角最为敏感。
Improved Ornov theory, Siluhuosiji theory and USA engineering design handbook theory are the three theory calculation models for the muzzle brake efficiency presently which use different hypotheses and different structure parameters. To deeply understand and rightly use the three models, numerical calculation programs were developed, the effect of the structure parameters on the efficiency were analyzed through numerical simulation. The research indicates that all the three models mainly consider four parameters which have general same effect trend to the efficiency and the efficiency has the biggest sensitivity to the side hole geometric axes oblique angle under the three models.
