摘要
摩托车发动机既是摩托车的动力源,又是摩托车的一个振源。掌握摩托车发动机的振动传递特性可对摩托车的减振提供指导作用。在几种不同的工况下,同时对两辆摩托车发动机振动传递到摩托车驾驶员直接感应部位进行了加速度振动信号的测量,通过对测量信号的分析及两辆摩托车相同工况下相同感应部位振动信号的对比分析,同时结合发动机的工作原理,分析发动机振动的传递特性,从而掌握发动机的振动是如何影响车身振动的,为摩托车车体结构提出修改建议。
The engine is the power of the motorcycle, but also the cause the vibration of the motorcycle. Under several different working conditions, the acceleration signals which the drive induced directly was measured on two different motorcycles, after analyze and comparison of the signals, combined with the working theory of the motorcycle engine, the transfer characteristics of the motorcycle engine was studied, consequently the influence of the engine vibration to the motorcycle frame was in grasp, then the optimization suggestions for the motorcycle frame was put forward.
