摘要
斜齿轮端面齿廓曲线包括渐开线、齿根过渡曲线、齿根圆弧和齿顶圆弧。为了实现齿轮完全参数化精确建模,必须精确描述齿槽各段曲线的参数方程,本文重点介绍了如何根据齿轮加工方式确定了齿槽的过渡曲线参数方程。为了实现各段曲线参数方程的连续性,根据齿轮的实际情况确定了各段曲线连接端点的取值范围。并通过UG软件的表达式功能实现规律曲线的绘制,绘制出端面齿廓的精确曲线,结合UG软件的相关特征操作实现斜齿轮的三维精确造型。
Helical gear tooth profile curve includes involute ,root transition curve, root and the tip arc. In order to achieve precision gear with parametric modeling, which must accurately describe the alveolar sections of the curve parameter equation, and focuses on how to determine the transition curve parameter equation through process of gear.The endpoint of each segment of the range curve connecting was determined by the actual situation of gear. 3D model of helical gear was achived precisely through expression, rule curve and future design of UG.
