F0梅山轧机机架的设计及有限元分析

摘要 对F0梅山轧机的机架进行设计,用UG建立机架(立柱、上横梁、螺栓)的三维模型,并对其进行装配。以ANSYS有限元软件作为分析工具,对F0轧机机架系统进行有限元静力分析,得到了位移曲线和应力曲线。两种曲线显示,垂直方向最大位移在机架上横梁中心内侧,机架的最大伸长量在机架窗口中心线上下两点之间,应力最大的点位于螺栓圆帽与上横梁接触位置。综合上述结论,机架的设计是合理的。 F0 Meishan Mill chassis is designed. Three-dimensional model of Mill chassis (column, beam, Bolt) is built and Assembled for them using UG software.The finite element analysis is advanced for the system of F0 Mill chassis using Ansys software, the curves of displacement and stress are obtained.From the curves, In the vertical direction the maximum displacement is inside the beam center of the chassis, the maximum elongation of the chassis is between the two upper and lower points in the center line of the frame window, The maximum stress point is in the bolts round cap with the contact position on the beam. From these conclusions, the chassis design is reasonable.
