摘要
针对曲轴皮带轮信号盘的技术要求,提出了将普通X62W卧式铣床改造成用于铣加工信号盘的数控铣齿专机。阐述了机床的工作原理和改造方案,在原有机床上加装中低档数控系统、滚珠丝杠、伺服电机,设计了机械传动系统图、进给伺服系统、机床电气原理图,并编写了铣齿数控加工程序。实际使用证明,数控铣齿专机工作可靠,自动化程度高,生产效率高,产品质量稳定,完全满足了企业的需求,为企业充分利用现有设备,降低生产成本提供了实例。
In view of the crankshaft pulley plate signal the technical requirements, put forward a CNC Milling Machine for the signal plate from a general X62W horizontal milling machine. Describe the working principle of the machine and rehabilitation programs, install medium and low-NC system, ball screw, servo motors on the basis of the original machine tool, design mechanical drive system diagram, feed servo systems, machine electrical diagrams, and also write procedures for the preparation of CNC milling. Actual use has proved that dedicated CNC milling machine job reliable, stable product quality, production efficiency; fully meet the needs of the enterprise.
