激励性的民办高校产权制度对于民办高校的发展具有积极意义,但过于强调民办高校产权制度的激励生,又可能给民办高等教育的健康发展带来一些负面影响。构建公益性产权制度,是我国民办高校的重要发展趋势。由激励性产权制度向公益性产权制度的转变,需要民办高校自身和政府的共同努力。

There is a positive meaning for the development of non-governmental universities through the incentive property right system of non-governmental universities. However, too much emphasis on encouraging this property right system may bring many negative effects on the development of China＇s non-governmental higher education. To construct the public benefit property fight system is the major trend of non-governmental universities in China. The non-governmental universities and Government need make their own efforts together to realize the transformation from the incentive property right system to the public benefit property right system.
