摘要
学校发展的动力不仅源于学校内部更新,也与其他学校的互动、合作与交流相关。校际互动意在充分挖掘每所学校的潜力,从而实现资源共享和优势互补,促进学校的内涵发展。校际互动的典型实践组织形态有:校际教研共同体、名校集团化、城乡教育共同体、学校联盟、教育研究与实验共同体。校际互动不仅为教师专业发展搭建了新平台,而且能促进学校优质、均衡发展,提升学校的办学品质。
The power of school development not only results from the internal updating of school, but also from interaction, cooperation and exchanges between schools. Interaction between schools intends to fully excavate each school's potential so as to realize resources sharing and complementary advantages, and the connotative development of school. The typical states of practical organization on interaction between schools include: teaching and research community between schools, collectivization of elite schools, community between rural and urban schools, school alliance, community on educational research and experiment. Interaction between schools not only can build new platform for teachers" professional development, but also can promote high quality and balanced development of school and enhance schoolrunning quality.
