The power of school development not only results from the internal updating of school, but also from interaction, cooperation and exchanges between schools. Interaction between schools intends to fully excavate each school＇s potential so as to realize resources sharing and complementary advantages, and the connotative development of school. The typical states of practical organization on interaction between schools include： teaching and research community between schools, collectivization of elite schools, community between rural and urban schools, school alliance, community on educational research and experiment.
