摘要
如何增强职业教育的吸引力是一个具有普遍性的问题。从国际成功经验看,职业教育发达国家在政策法律、经费投入和质量保障以及发展环境建设方面的有力保障使职业教育形成了独特的吸引力。借鉴国际成功经验,我们应从强化政府责任,关注职业院校毕业生的职业生涯发展,为职业教育发展创造良好环境,构建具有我国特色的职业教育来实现职业教育吸引力的提升。
How to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education is a universal issue. From the international experience, we may find that effective laws and strategies, funding and quality guarantee, developing environment construction for vocational education form its attractiveness. We should strengthen the government responsibility , foucs on students＇ career development, construct a excellent environment and construct a vocational education with China characteristic to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education.
