摘要
基于Hough变换的检测前跟踪算法非常适用于强噪声背景下小目标的检测。对于天波超视距雷达(OTHR)来说,探测目标距离可达几千公里,测量精度和雷达分辨率都很低。将基于Hough变换的检测前跟踪算法应用于天波超视距雷达的检测环境中,由于径向距和方位量测数量级相差较大,造成检测性能急剧下降,因此提出基于规格化Hough变换的检测前跟踪算法。针对高斯噪声背景中的飞机目标,仿真结果表明提出的算法具有较好的检测性能。
Track - before - Detect (TBD) based on Hough transform (HT) is an important target detection means for detecting dim targets. The target detection distance is thousands of kilometers with sky wave over - the- horizon radar(OTHR) ,and the measurement accuracy and spatial resolution are low. When HT- TBD is employed in detecting environment of OTHR, there is a great disparity of order -of -magnitude between radial range and bearing. Thus, the performance degrades enormously. To solve the problem, a Normalized Hough Transform (NHT) is proposed to achieve TBD in this paper. Simulations for targets in Gauss noise background show that with this method good estimations can be obtained in OTHR detecting environment.
