摘要 骨髓基质细胞是一类起源于骨髓中支持结构的细胞,在适当的实验条件下能分化为神经细胞,为细胞移植以及中枢神经系统功能重建和神经再生提供了新的途径。目前体外诱导MSCs向神经细胞分化的方案主要有化学试剂单独诱导、生长因子单独诱导及化学试剂和生长因子联合诱导,其中两种诱导剂联合诱导的效果较好。MSCs向神经细胞分化的研究已取得了一些成果,但仍存在许多问题,如MSCs的鉴定、MSCs向神经细胞诱导分化模式和分子调控机制等。 Marrow stromal cells (MSCs) are derived from the assoeiated supporting stroma in marrow. Under appropriate experimental conditions, MSCs can differentiate into neuron cell. These observations have raised new strateg) for the cell transplantation ,reeonstruetion of central nerwous system function and nerve regeneration. The current differentiation of MSCs to neural cells in vitro are mainly induced by chemical reagents and the growth factor as well as the comhination of these two agents,in which eomhination of agents has better inducing effect The researches on differentiation of MSCs into neural cells in have yielded some achievements,hut there are still many prohlems,sueh as MSCs identification,the patterns of indueed differentiation of MSCs into neural cells and molecular regulation mechanisms.
