摘要 解耦联蛋白2是位于线粒体内膜上的转运蛋白,广泛存在于骨骼肌、心脏、肝、肾、胰等多种组织中。解耦联蛋白2参与能量代谢、凋亡、活性氧的生成等过程,并同非酒精性脂肪肝、动脉粥样硬化、局部缺血以及缺血再灌注损伤、肥胖及2型糖尿病等有着密切的关系,故引起人们的广泛重视。本研究对解耦联蛋白2的主要生理功能及研究进展予以综述。 Uncoupling protein 2 (UCP2) is a new member of superfamily of transport protein in the mitochondrial inner membrane. UCP2 is expressed in a wide range of tissues and organs. It partieipates in the process of energy metabolism, apoptosis, and production of ROS. UCP2 has close relationship with nonalcoholic fatty liver,atherosclerosis,isehemia,isehemia-reperfusion injury,obesity and diabetes mellitus. This article maainly expounded physiologic function of UCP2 and its research progress.
