摘要
脑红蛋白是继血红蛋白、肌红蛋白之后发现的第三类具有运输与储存氧的球蛋白,广泛分布于脑组织的各个区域以及周围神经系统。脑发生缺血/再灌注损伤时,脑红蛋白在神经元中高度表达,并可能作为一种内源性神经保护因子保护神经元免受缺血/再灌注性损害。
Following Neuroglobin hemoglobin,myoglobin was found with the third type of oxygen transport and storage globulin,is widely distributed in various brain regions and peripheral nervous system.The occurrence of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury,the red protein in brain neurons in a high degree of expression,and may be as an endogenous neuroprotective factor to protect neurons from ischemia/reperfusion damage.
