亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Severe Brain Injury with Mild Hypothermia

亚低温治疗是当前最有前途的神经保护方法之一,亚低温治疗能降低重型脑损伤患者的高颅压,减轻脑水肿,改善预后,有效降低病死率,提高生存质量。亚低温在重型颅脑损伤患者的成功应用为脑出血和缺血性疾病的治疗提供了借鉴。本文对亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的方法、疗效及作用机制研究进展进行综述。

Mild hypothermia treatment is one of the most promising methods of neuroprotection currently, mild hypnthermia can reduce intracranial pressure of severe brain injury patients,reduce cerebral edema, improve the prognosis,effectively reduce mortality and improve the quality of life. The successful applieation of Mild hypothermia in severe brain injury patients provides reference for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and ischemic diseases. In this paper, research progress on the mild hypothermia method, effect, and mechanism for the treatment of severe brain iniury were summarized.
