下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是临床常见、多发疾病,预后不好,极大地影响了患者的生存和生活质量。随着血管外科学的发展和先进仪器的发明,临床中对DVT的诊断和治疗都有了很大的提高。目前多种方法联合治疗DVT效果更佳,已为临床认可。但如何寻觅一套综合有效适合患者的治疗方案还有待进一步临床研究。

Deep venous thrombosis（DVT）is a common disease in clinic with poor prognosis.It greatly affects patient′s quality of life.With the development of vascular surgery and advanced equipment invention,clinical diagnosis and treatment of DVT have been greatly improved.At present,combination therapy to DVT has better effect and has been approved in clinic.However,how to find a comprehensive and effective treatment for patients remains to be further studied.
