摘要
随年龄的增长,视觉系统的球差增加是引起视觉质量下降的原因之一。要提高术后视觉质量,必然要降低术后眼的总球差,非球面人工晶体正是依据这一理论要求而产生的。研究证明,非球面人工晶体可以补偿角膜正球差,在光学设计上更接近自然的晶状体,较传统的球面人工晶状体更能满足人们对高质量视力的要求。
The increase of spherical aberration in eyes is one of the reasons for the visual quality descending with increase of age.Aspherics facilitated with wave-front technology is more close to the function of human crystalline lens and will become a new generation of the intraocular lenses,and they have the capable of correcting high order corneal aberration.Compared the spheric intraocular lenses,aspheric intraocular lenses can improve the image quality and therefore improve the patients′quality of life.
