胃电图在中医药领域中的应用现状

The Current Situation of Application of Electrogastrogram in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine

胃电图是测定胃部功能活动的客观定量指标,已在中医药领域得到了广泛的应用。胃电图为中医药的深层次研究提供了新的观察手段,且越来越多的研究证实,胃电参数的变化可使针灸、中药等中医药治疗手段的疗效得到了客观化的评估,同时亦为中医临床辨证分型等研究提供了一定的参考价值。胃电图在中医药领域中的价值正逐步得到承认和重视,对中西医结合的临床诊治具有积极意义。

Electrogastrogram as an objective quantitative indicators of stomach function has been widely used in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM ）. Electrogastrogram provides a new means to study TCM. And more and more studies have confirmed that the EGG parameters can objectively assess the curative effect of acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, etc. At the same time, these indicators has also provided a certain reference value for syndrome differentiation of TCM. The value of EGG is gradually being recognized and valued in the field of TCM ,which has the positive sense to the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine＇s clinical diagnosis.
