"乌头属一支蒿"是我国重要的活血化瘀、祛风湿和镇痛的药用植物,资源丰富而又混乱。研究者对"乌头属一支蒿"的植物资源和民间药用情况进行了调查和整理。随着二萜乌头碱抗炎止痛生理活性在临床上广泛应用,"乌头属一支蒿"中的活性成分二萜生物碱以及这类化合物的抗炎止痛机制的研究成了热点。通过查阅文献,对"乌头属一支蒿"的来源、化学成分、药理活性等进行综述,以期为"乌头属一支蒿"的开发利用提供基础。

The tuberous roots of Aconitum genus, significant medicinal plant in China,are used as one of the original raw materials of Yi-zhi-hao. Because of many different plants of the genus used as Yi-zhi-hao,researehers investigated their resource, species and folk using. Along with the anti-inflammation and analgesia of diterpenoid alkaloids comprehensive application in clinic, to search diterpenoid alkaloids with remarkable bioactivity and their formation mechanism of anti-inflammation and analgesia from the folk medicine of Yi-zhi-hao become currently a hot subject for research. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on resources, chemical constituents, and pharmacological activity of Yi-zhi-hao by related literature, to provide bases for further systematic research and development on Yi-zhi-hao.
