荞麦过敏症10例临床分析并文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结分析荞麦过敏的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析10例荞麦过敏症患者的病史、临床表现、实验室检查和治疗情况。结果:10例患者平均来诊年龄为21岁,以呼吸道、消化道、皮肤症状为主要表现,严重者可表现为过敏性休克。发作诱因为进食含荞麦食物、接触荞麦皮枕头或荞麦面。10例患者均有血清荞麦特异性IgE阳性,避免接触是治疗的最佳方式。结论:荞麦过敏症临床表现呈多样性,典型病史及实验室检查血清荞麦特异性IgE为主要诊断依据,荞麦皮枕头是中国人荞麦过敏的一个重要致敏途径。 Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with buckwheat allergy. Methods: Clinical history, manifestations, laboratory exams and treatments of 10 patients with buckwheat allergy were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Ten patients with a mean age of 21 years were diagnosed with buckwheat allergy. Patients' symptoms included respiratory, digestive, cutaneous symptoms and anaphylaxis. The attack triggers were buckwheat taken in and buckwheat pillow contact. Laboratory allergy test showed that buckwheat specific immunoglobulin E in all these patients was remarkably positive. Allergen avoidance was the best treatment in these cases. Conclusions:Buckwheat can induce various clinical manifestations. Buckwheat allergy is confirmed by a clinical history and evidence of buckwheat-specific IgE. Buckwheat pillow is an important source of exposure to buckwheat allergy in China.
