摘要
以某150柴油机为研究对象,分析提高扭矩储备系数的影响因素。通过性能匹配分析研究,在保证原机可靠性前提下,提出整机结构改动较小的可行技术措施。通过试验验证使柴油机扭矩储备系数由1.1提高到1.2,提高了车辆适应性能力。
This paper analyzes the affecting factors that improve coefficient of torque reservation of a 150 diesel engine. Author puts forward feasible technical method of lesser changing on the diesel engine structure by performance match study. Then the coefficient of torque reservation increases from 1.1 to 1.2 by experimental verification, and that improves the applicability of vehicle.
