离心压气机不同结构方案的内部流场数值模拟与试验对比

摘要 针对离心压气机的传统设计,提出一种简化压气机设计的方法,该方法采用三维流场结合SLS快速成型样机的方法,在对不同结构方案的压气机输出流量、压力等参数进行数值模拟的基础上设计,制造了压气机样机,并进行了试验。使压气机具有结构简单,体积小,制造简单,可靠性高等优点。表明采用该方法设计可为以后增压器的压气机相关研究提供有益参考。 A simplified method differed from conventional design on the compressor is presented. Some schemes of the compressor were obtained with the new method. In these schemes some parameters are analyzed, such as flow rate and pressure. Based on the analysis results, a prototype of the compressor is fabricated and measured. The scheme changed greatly the volumetric ratio and output flow rate. The compressor has advantages, such as simple structure, small size, easy manufacture, high reliability and so on. The compressor shows good application prospects in the fields of the lower fuel consumption and harmful gas emissions.
