摘要
将乙醇与柴油混合配制出不同比例的混合燃料,在一台双缸直喷式柴油机上进行排放对比试验,研究了在柴油中添加乙醇及助溶剂能降低柴油机排放废气中所含污染物的机理,并分析了排放污染物随发动机负荷变化的规律。研究结果表明,在柴油中添加体积分数为20%的乙醇,可使柴油机碳烟和CO、HC排放大幅度降低,NOx排放稍有下降。不添加助溶剂时,乙醇的掺混导致排放尾气中产生乙醇、微量乙醛等有机物,而添加助溶剂可使乙醇、乙醛排放的浓度明显降低。
An experimental study is made on the emissions of a dual-cylinder direct injection diesel engine with different proportions of ethanol and diesel. The study shows the mechanism when ethanol and additive is added to diesel in order to reduce the pollutants in diesel engine emissions. And an analysis of pollutant emissions is made on the regularities of variation with engine load changes. The results show that the addition of diesel oil in the volume fraction of 20% of ethanol can substantially decrease carbon smoke and CO, HC emissions, and slightly lessen the NOx emissions. Without the addition of additive, the blend of ethanol produced new organic compounds such as ethanol and acetaldehyde in tail gas. However, the addition of additive obviously reduced the emission of ethanol and acetaldehyde.
