摘要
劳资关系作为市场经济体制中一贯的基础性关系,而民营经济是市场经济运行的核心要件,因此如何科学合理地构建和谐民营劳资关系自然也成为转型期中国亟需处理的重要改革任务。文章从劳资关系的契约性质和政府职能出发,探讨了构建和谐民营劳资关系的必要性,同时也解析了西方国家政府在劳资关系调节中的角色差异及其经济影响,最后从政府干预不足和过度干预同时并存的系统角度提出构建转型期和谐民营劳资关系的相关对策建议。
The industrial relations are the foundational relation in the market economy. Law and institution regulating the relationship between capital and labor is very important to balance both parties' benefit, maintain social stability, and realize sustainable development of society and economy. Our country is in the process of transition, and the government devotes to constructing the harmonious and mutual industrial relations. We should implement the scientific outlook of development, transform governmental function, protect the labor rights, and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of social economy.
