生产性服务业的发展既是全球产业发展的趋势,也是中国走新型工业化道路的重要途径.以大连市为案例区,运用层次分析法,分析大连市生产性服务业重点行业发展趋势,确定其空间布局.研究表明:大连市应该重点发展的生产性服务业依次为金融服务业、物流服务业、科技研发服务业、信息服务业、会展业、创意设计产业;划分出科技研发服务集聚区、物流服务集聚区、商品服务业集聚区、金融服务业集聚区、国际会展集聚区、信息服务集聚区和创意产业集聚区;针对金融业、物流服务业、信息服务业提出其发展思路和布局特征.

The development of producer services is the trend of global industrial development,and it is also the important way of insisting new industrial path.As a case of Dalian city,using the analysis hierarchy process（AHP）,the article analyses the emphasis industrial development trend of producer services,confirms spatial distribution to provide the scientific foundation of optimizing the industrial structure,adjusting the spatial distribution and providing the advices to Dalian＇s development.The study shows：（1）The emphasis producer services are： finance service,Logistics service,science and technology service,information service,exhibition service,originality designing service.（2）It designs the science and technology service convergency district,logistics service convergency district,commodity service convergency district,finance service convergency district,international exhibition service convergency district,information service convergency district,originality designing service convergency district.（3）We put forward the development way and distribution characteristic aiming at finance service,Logistics service and information service.
