有氧健身操对女大学生免疫机能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了观察有氧健身操对女大学生免疫机能的影响,采用自身对照的方法测定运动前后免疫机能的变化.结果表明,有氧健身操运动后,补体C3、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)明显升高(P<0.05),可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(S-IL-2R)明显下降(P<0.05),淋巴细胞亚群辅助性T细胞CD4+明显升高(P<0.05)、CD4+/CD8+比值无明显变化,认为有氧健身操运动有助于提高女大学生机体的免疫机能. In order to observe the impact of the aerobic setting-up exercise on college student's immune funetion,we adopt the method of comparision,that is measuring the change of immue function before and after the exercis.The results show that the indexes of C3,IL-2 and CD4^+ have obviously raised,but the S-IL-2R have obviously dropped.However,the CD4^+/CD8^+ ritia have no obvious change.Our conclusion is that the aerobie setting-up exercise can impove the immue funetion of college studets.
