摘要
运动性肌肉痉挛是运动过程中经常发生的一种症状,可避免机体在刺激超出耐受限度时受伤,是机体对刺激作出的保护性反应,但在锻炼过程中一旦发生肌痉挛而不及时处理,日后则易形成习惯性痉挛.研究肌肉痉挛发生的原因、预防和处理方法,可以更有效地提高锻炼效率,免受超限刺激之害.
Motional muscles jerk often occurs when doing exercises.It is an automatic organism protection to avoid injure when exercises are over.But it should be emphasized that if the muscles jerks are not treated as quickly as possible,they may lead to habitual muscles jerks.We can improve the efficiency of exercise and prevents from being hurt,after studying the cause,precaution and treatment of muscles jerk.
