从旧城改造与新城开发之间关系的角度分析近年来城市空间"蔓延"与"更新"中存在的若干矛盾,并从宏观和微观两个层面吸取别国的经验,提出相应的建议与对策,为我国城市未来规划建设提供有益的借鉴。
