石油资源匮乏与环境污染已经成为制约汽车工业可持续发展的两大难题。混合动力汽车采用内燃机和电动机作为动力源，成为国际公认的解决两大难题的有效策略。这里在总结混合动力大客车发展现状的基础上，分析了串联式、并联式、混联式及复合联接式混合动力汽车驱动方案，并提出发展混合动力大客车需解决的关键技术。

Scarcity of oil resources and environmental pollution have become two problems which restrains the sustainable development of automotive industry.Hybrid automotive adopts internal combustion engines and electric motor as power source,which becomes an effective strategy of solving the two problems by internationally recognized.Here based on summary of development situation of hybrid bus,analyses the scheme of serial,parallel,series-parallel and composite type of hybrid automotive drive,and puts forward the key technology which needs to be solved for developing hybrid bus.
