数控旋压过程中加工程序编制及其影响因素 被引量:3

WORKING PROGRAMMING IN THE PROCESSOF NUMERICAL CONTROL SPINNING AND ITSINFLUENTIAL FACTORS

摘要 XPD型数控旋压机床的工作原理是向计算机输入程序 ,通过计算机的指令控制旋轮的运动轨迹 ,从而实现零件的正确加工 .由于程序所确定的旋轮运动轨迹实际上是旋轮面圆弧中心的运动轨迹 ,它与零件母线形状存在一定差别 ,因此不能直接用表征零件形状的数据进行编程 ,本文介绍了不同零件形状所对应的编程轨迹 ,并给出了编程实例 . The working principle of Type XPD numerical control spinning machine tool is to input programs to the computer. The motion trace of the spinning wheel is con- trolled by the command from the computer,so thatthe correctworking of workpieces can be realized. As the motion trace of the spinning wheel determined by the program is practically the motion trace of the arc center of the spinning wheel surface,there exist some difference between it and the shape of the workpiece generating line.Therefore,the data indicating the workpiece shape cannot be used for programming. In this paper,the programming traces corresponding to different shapes of workpieces are described and programming examples are given.
