摘要
用正交试验对不锈钢氧化法着金黄色工艺进行了研究 ,确定最佳工艺配方为 2 50 g/LCr O3,736g/L H2 SO4 ,4 g/L Mn SO4 ,6g/L Z- 1,着色时间 15~ 18min,着色温度 80± 5℃ .所得到的不锈钢着色膜光亮美观 ,呈金黄色 ,具有优良的耐蚀性、耐磨性和良好的附着力 .在金相显微镜下观察到不锈钢着色膜为无色透明膜 .
Study on golden coloring technology by means of stainless steel oxidation has been conducted in orthogonal tests.It has been determined that the best technological formulation is Cr O32 5 0 g/L ,H2 SO4736 g/L ,Mn SO44g/L and Z- 1 6 g/L;the coloring time is 1 5~ 1 8min and the coloring temperature80± 5℃ .The obtained stainless steel colored film is bright and beautiful,assuming the golden color,which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good adhesive power.Under the metallurgical microscope,itcan be ob- served that the coloring film is a colorless,transparent film.
