摘要
用气相色谱法测定选矿排放水中 2号油的含量 .在合适的色谱分离条件下 ,用毛细管柱和程序升温增强 2号油各组分的分离效果 ;应用氢焰电离检测器 ,提高检测灵敏度 .用乙酸乙酯萃取浓缩样品 ,并经过试验确定最佳萃取时间 ,提高样品的检出极限和测定准确度 .通过标准加入测定的回收率为 98%~ 99% .对同一样品重复进样 5次观察分析精密度 ,其标准偏差小于 0 .0 2 % .
The content of 2 # oil in the discharged water from mineral processing has been determined by gas chromatography.Under suitable chromatographic conditions,the separation effect is strengthened by the use of capillary column and sequential heating;hy- drogen flame ionization detector is applied for improving the detection sensitivity.Acetic ether is applied to extract the concentrated sample and the optimum extraction time is deter- mined through tests,so that the detection limit and determination accuracy of the sample can be enhanced.The standard addition recovery ranges from98% to99% .The analysis accura- cy is observed by feeding the same sample for 5 times repeatedly,and the standard deviation is less than0 .0 2 % .
