氯化钡中氧化钡的分离及测定

SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF BARIUM OXIDE IN BARIUM CHLORIDE

研究了氯化钡和氧化钡在盐酸、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚及盐酸 -乙醇、盐酸 -丙酮、盐酸-乙醚中的溶解性 ,提出以盐酸 -乙醇为溶剂进行两者的分离 .以 DBC- CPA为显色剂分光光度法测定氧化钡的含量 ,加料回收率为 98%～ 10 2 % ,氧化钡含量为 0 .32 %时 ,平行测定 7次 ,相对标准偏差为 1. 58% .该法适于快速测定热处理盐浴中氧化钡的含量 ,对监控盐浴品质有指导意义 .

Solubility of barium chloride and barium oxide in hydrochloric acid, ethanol,acetone,ether and hydrochloric acid- ethanol,hydrochloric acid- acetone,hydrochlo- ric acid- ether has beeen studied and the separation of Ba O from Ba Cl\- 2 with hydrochloric acidethanol as the solvent has been proposed.The content of Ba O has been determined by spectrophotometric method with DBC- CPA as the developer.The addition recovery is98% ～ 1 0 2 % . When the content of Ba O is 0 .32 % ,the relative standard deviation is 1 .5 8% after 7times of parallel determination.This method is suitable for the rapid determination of Ba O content in the thermal- treated salt bath and has instructive significance for monitoring the quality of salt bath.
