摘要
提出了基于小波零相位滤波、三次样条插值对测试数据进行预处理,通过对预处理后数据与标准凸轮轮廓数据进行长信号相关法分析,进而实现相位角等关键参数和误差的在线提取方法。该方法能较好抵抗表面质量差和局部畸变等带来的测量风险,实现更高精度的测量。可通过机床改造升级植入,融入加工机床中,实现产品的质量在线检测和质量控制。
This paper presented a new method to detect parameter and error for camshaft by contrasting test data with standard data. Wavelet filter,cubic spline interpolation and correlation analysis were employed to deal with the test data. The method may avoid risk resulted from surface quality and aberrance to achieve a higher precision. It can be integrated into the machine tool by rebuilding and updating the machine tool to control the product quality.
