摘要
目的比较奎硫平和阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选取88例精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,分别给予奎硫平和阿立哌唑治疗8周,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效及副反应。结果两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),副反应较轻。结论奎硫平和阿立哌唑对治疗精神分裂症均有较好疗效,且疗效相当,具有较好的安全性和依从性。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between quetiapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 88 schizophrenics were randomly devided into two groups, respectively received Quetiapine and Aripiprazole for 8 weeks. The efficacies and side effects were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）, and emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results The efficacies of both Quetiapine and Aripiprazole to treat schizophrenia were similar （P〉0.05）. The side effects were slighter. Conclution The efficacies of Quetiapine and Aripiprazole to treat schizophrenia were perfect and similar, with better safety and compliance.
