摘要
以沉淀法白炭黑二次结构为体系,从理论上深入探讨了原始粒径、结构补强以及二次结构与附加压力的关系,给出了它们之间关系的数学表达式。理论分析和实验表明:在干燥过程中白炭黑二次结构的破坏是导致其产品结构塌陷的原因,原始粒子间脖径处承受的弯曲液面的附加压力的反作用力是导致二次结构破坏的原因;要获得在橡胶中既具在良好补强性能,又能良好分散的产品,其原始粒子需要结构补强。不同原始粒径,存在不同的补强临界值;通过改变干燥方式及介质等手段可减小结构塌陷,提高产品质量。
The size of the primary silica particles,the reinforcement of the structure and relationship of the silica's second structure with external pressure are deeply explored in this paper.The relevant mathmatics formulas are given.The theoretical analysis and experiment result show:(1) the destoy of the second structure will lead to the collapse of silica's structure in the process of stoving and the reaction force of external pressure that acts on the neck between the closed primary particles is the reason resulting in the destroy of the second structure.(2) to obtain good reinforcement and desperse properties in rubber at the same time,the structure reinforcement between the primary particles is different,the criticle reinforcement degree is not same either.Changing the stoving rate and treating medium,the destroy degree of the second structure can be decreased and the quality of the product can be improved.
