目的在长期心理门诊实践的基础上,探讨和总结出一种具有科学性、独特性和有效性,且专业性和可操作性强的心理治疗方法。方法案例研究与实践总结,对比分析与概括,理论分析与逻辑检验。结果积极认知行为疗法(ACBT)是建立在普通心理学的基本框架、传统心理学的四大理论、心身相互作用规律和积极心理学等综合理论的基础上,通过对现代认知治疗、理性情绪治疗和行为治疗以及"障碍性思维记录表"的深入分析、总结和提炼得出的一种独特的专业化的可操作性强的心理治疗方法。结论积极认知行为治疗是科学有效、可操作性强的一种具体心理治疗方法。

Objective On the basis of the practice of mentality outpatient service,we refine out a kind of mental healing method which is scientific,unique,effective,professional,and operable. Methods Case studies and experimental research,Comparative analysis and generalization,logical analysis and verification. Results Active cognitive behavior therapy （ACBT） is on the base of general psychology,four thoeries of traditional psychology,body and mind interaction and active psychology,and so on. By deep analysis of modern cognitive therapy,rational emotive therapy and ＂log sheet of obstacle thinking＂,we can summary and extract one special and professional psychotherapy with operation. Conclusion Active cognitive behavior therapy is a kind of scientific,effective,operable and specific mental healing method which is suitable to the Chinese mental patients.
