摘要 精确测量钢丝绳的长度既是GB 8918—2006的规定,也是用户的要求。介绍常用的钢丝绳长度测量方式及测量原理,分析指出:以牵引轮为基准的间接测长方式,设备安装成本低,使用寿命长,维修方便,测量时不会出现测量值异常波动,但测量误差会随钢丝绳直径的变化而有规律地变化,需要勘误后才能反映实际值;压辊式直接接触钢丝绳测长方式避免了钢丝绳直径对测量值的影响,计米器读数真实反映了钢丝绳实际长度,但要注意辊轮的磨损及打滑等问题。 To measure wire rope length accurately is the stipulation of GB 8918-2006 and requirements of customer. Common wire rope length measurement mode and its testing principle were introduced. Analysis pointed out that device installation cost of indirect measurement based on traction wheel was low, service life was long, maintenance was convenient. The fact that measuring value fluctuated abnormally didn't occur while measuring. But measuring error changed regularly with the change of wire rope diameter. The measuring value reflected actual value after error-correction. Roller type direct contact wire rope measuring mode avoided the influence of wire rope diameter on measuring value, meter counter reading reflected actual length of wire rope truly, but the problem of wearing and slipping of testing roller needed to be paid attention to.
