苦参碱衍生物的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 苦参作为医药使用至少已有两千多年历史,因具有广泛的药理活性而应用于临床。然而其不容忽视的毒性限制了其作为治疗药物的开发,故对其进行结构优化逐渐成为研究热点。综述了近年来苦参碱衍生物的研究现状,包括季铵盐、复盐,13,14-位双键加成、成酯和氧化衍生物,以及N15,C16-水解化衍生物。 Sophora flavescens Ait. has been used for more than 2000 years as a traditional herbal medicine. Modern research had shown that it possessed variety of pharmacological activities. Since mild toxicity of matrine which limited its clinical applications, more and more attention was focusing on structure optimization of matrinc - type alkaloids. Preparation of matrine derviates including quaternary ammonium salt, double salt, addition compound, esterification product, oxidative product and hydrolysate was demonstrated.
