离子液体-CmimPF_6分离提纯虾、蟹壳中壳聚糖的研究

Study on Chitosan of Shrimp and Crab Shell by Extracting with Ionic Liquid-CmimPF_6

利用离子液的强溶解性,对虾、蟹粉中的壳聚糖进行分离提纯,与传统方法比较,其提取工艺简单,产率高。而且其它各项综合性能指标均优,离子液体可回收,并减少环境污染。

The chitosan of shrimp and crab shell was extracted by the strong ionic liquid method. Compared with traditional methods, the extraction was simple, high yield, and other various performance indicators were optimal, ionic liquid was reeyclable, and the environmental pollution was reduced.
