摘要
目前,变色酸分光光度法被广泛的用于测定水发水产品中的甲醛,但使用的浓硫酸具有一定的危险性和腐蚀性。本文从显色机理、吸收波长、加热时间、显色剂用量、磷酸的用量和有色化合物稳定性等方面探讨使用磷酸替代浓硫酸,改进变色酸分光光度法,新的方法将更安全可靠。
At present, the chromotropic acid spectrophotometric method widespread uses in the determination dried aquatic product. But the using of the strong sulfuric acid has certain risk and corrosiveness. The use phosphoric acid substitution strong sulfuric acid was discussed by the colored mechanism, the absorbance wavelength, heating time, developer consumption, phosphoric acid consumption and colored compound stability. The methods of chromotropic acid specrophotometry was improved. The new method would be more safe and reliable.
