摘要
某热轧板卷公司生产的Q345B板卷在开卷时,发现整卷单侧表面都有严重轧制缺陷。缺陷主要以唇裂、褶皱和孔洞为主。通过分割带有孔洞和褶皱的钢板并扫描断口及进行金相组织观察分析,结合轧钢生产现场状况研究发现,轧辊辊面氧化膜剥落可能是造成热轧板卷表面缺陷的主要原因。
During decoiling the hot rolled strip Q345B of a hot wiling company, severe surface defects caused by rolling are found on one side. The defects mainly are holes, folding and cracks. Based on the review of production field site, through cutting the strip with defects of holes and folding and performing fracture and microstructure observation using SEM, it indicates that the surface defects are possibly caused by the scale of the oxide frim of the working rollers.
