摘要 研制了一种新型高效高滤失堵漏材料GY-1,该材料由多微孔粉剂、悬浮剂、增强剂及固化剂按一定比例优化复配而成的混合物。测定其在清水、4%土浆及钻井液体系中的常规性能,探讨了其高滤失堵漏作用机理。通过模拟堵漏实验评价了其配制的堵漏浆液封堵裂缝的效果,针对大的裂缝可加入惰性材料进行复配。综合实验结果表明:GY-1具有滤失速度快、堵漏效果好、承压强度高等特点,可直接在清水或土浆中配制,操作简单、使用方便。 A new highly - effective lost circulation material of high fluid loss named GY - 1 was developed, it was a kind of mixture composed of microporous powder, suspension agent, reinforcement and solidifying agent by a certain optimal percentage. Its conventional property in clear water, 4% slurry and drilling fluid system was measured, and its high fluid loss plugging mechanism was discussed. The effectiveness on plugging fracture of slurry made up of this material was evaluated through simulated plugging experiment, and inert material could be added in if the fracture was large. Experiment results showed that : GY - 1 had the feature of high fluid loss, good plugging effect, high hearing resistance, and so on , it could be directly made up in clear water or slurry, and its application was simply and convenient.
