A型行为特征与冠心病病人生化指标关联性研究

摘要 目的探讨A型行为特征与冠心病病人六项生化指标的关系。方法对89名已经确诊为冠心病的患者进行A型行为问卷测试,并用全自动生化分析仪测定尿酸、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等六项生化指标。结果问卷有效的70名冠心病患者中,A型行为者44例,非A型行为者26例;冠心病患者CH及TABP评分均高于北方对照;不同年龄组冠心病患者中TH、CH及TABP评分存在差异;六项生化指标结果在A型和非A型之间不具有显著性差异。结论冠心病患者中A型行为者所占比例大于非A型行为者,低年龄组冠心病患者A型行为评分高于高年龄组。 Objective To explore the relationship between the behavior of type A characteristics of coronary heart disease and combine six biochemical markers.Methods Test 89 patients who have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease by type A Behavior Questionnaire and assay uric acid,glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein six biochemical indicators by full-automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Among follwed 70 patients with coronary heart disease,44 cases of actors had A-type behavior,26 cases had non-A type behavior;CH and TABP score of patients with coronary heart disease were higher than NORTH control;TH,CH and TABP score of patients with coronary artery disease in different age groups are different;six biochemical findings in A and non-A cases had no significant difference.Conclusion In Patients with Coronary Heart Disease,A type of actors are more than that non-A type cases,but the low age group's score is higher than that the high age group.
