摘要
目的模拟纸杯的正常使用情况,通过浸泡实验检测纸杯浸出液中的苯酚、铜、锌、镉等有害物质。方法原子吸收光谱法测定纸杯浸出液中重金属的含量,4-氨基安替比林萃取光度法测定纸杯浸出液中苯酚含量。结果80℃、pH=7条件下,浸泡时间超过5min时,纸杯浸出液中苯酚溶出量超出国家标准;25℃时,pH=7和pH=3条件下纸杯中苯酚溶出量随时间延长始终未超出国家标准。以上3种条件下纸杯浸出液中重金属均未超出国家标准。结论在上述实验条件下一次性纸杯中铜、锌、镉等重金属不是主要溶出物;温度和浸泡时间是影响一次性纸杯中苯酚溶出的重要因素,苯酚等的溶出对人体健康可能造成危害。
Objective To simulate the normal use of paper cups,through immersion test to check phenol,Copper,Zinc,Cadmium which dissolved in paper cups.Methods AAS to check heavy metals which is dissolved in paper cups,4-aldehydoantipyrine luminosity to check phenol which is dissolved in paper cups.Results Under the conditions of 80 ℃ and pH =7,when the duration of immersion exceeded 5min,the quantity of phenol which is dissolved in paper cups exceeded the national standard;Under the conditions of 25 ℃ and pH =7 and pH=3,the dissolved quantity of phenol in paper cups did not exceed the national standard throughout the process.The dissolved quantity of heavy metals did not exceed the national standards under the conditions above.Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,Copper,Zinc,Cadmium are not the main dissolution materials;temperature and the duration of immersion effected the dissolved quantity of phenol significantly and the dissolution of phenol might cause harm to human health.
