摘要
针对液压伺服系统的故障诊断问题,提出一种新的全维状态观测器——H∞观测器的设计方法。该方法简化了液压伺服系统的传递函数描述,建立了系统状态空间描述的能观规范型;在考虑过程噪声与测量噪声的前提下,设计了系统的鲁棒观测器结构,并运用H∞滤波理论确定观测器的性能指标,求解了系统的矩阵Riccati方程,计算了观测器的反馈增益矩阵。设计实例的性能测试表明,该观测器具有良好的敏捷性和敏感性。
This paper presents a novel design of full-state observer for fault diagnosis of hydraulic servo systems.The new observer is H∞ observer.Firstly,the linear time invariant model of state space was established based on the simplification of the system transfer function.Secondly,with respect to processing noise and measuring noise,the robust observer structure was designed.Finally,the performance index was used to solve the matrix Riccati equation and compute the observer gain in the presence of H∞ filtering theory.The performance of the H∞ observer was demonstrated in the case analysis.The results indicate that the observer is of celerity and sensitivity
