摘要
分析得知豫南地区食用菌发展相对滞后的原因主要是科技含量低、政府扶持力度较小。从而提出来要充分发挥当地人力、原料资源优势,加大科研投入和政府扶持力度,切实将豫南地区食用菌产业做大做强,实现食用菌产业的"二次发展"。
The reasons of lagging behind for edible fungi in South of Henan Province were analyzed and summarized, which included the low content of science and technology and the smaller government support. The full play to the dominance of local human and material resources, increasing the investment and government support of scientific research were proposed, so as to make the mushroom industry bigger and stronger and realize the secondary development of edible fungi industry.
