摘要 通过案例阐述了顶管施工的关键技术及改进措施,以及施工工艺的选择与技术要点。顶管工程有明挖技术和非开挖技术两种施工工艺,明挖技术施工速度较快,但对交通有一定影响,所以采取何种施工工艺,需结合地质条件、施工条件、经济条件及建设目标等综合因素考虑。通过上海市浦东新区雨污水管工程施工经验,介绍了顶管施工关键技术及施工工艺选择与施工技术要点。 Through an engineering practice, the key techniques and improvement measures of pipe-jacking construction are presented in the paper, as well as the choice and points of its construction techniques. There are 2 construction techniques in pipe-jacking, open excavation and trenchless technology. The former is of rapid construction speed but it will influence the traffic to a certain extent. It is necessary to think about comprehensive factors of geological, construction and economic conditions and building target to choose certain construction technique. According to combined sewers construction in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the key technique, the choice and the important points have been introduced by the author.
