征地过程中农民权益受损的成因分析

Analysis on damages of the peasants' interests during the land requisition

随着经济的发展和城市化的进程加快,征收农村集体所有的土地越来越多。在征收过程中农民合法权益屡屡遭到侵害,农民作为弱势群体,其利益必须受到保护。文章分析了我国征地制度的现状及存在的问题,探讨了失地农民权益遭到侵害的根源,并提出了几点保障农民权益的建议。

With the development of the economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization,more and more lands collectively owned by the peasants are requisitioned.During the land requisition,the lawful right and interests of the peasants were damaged again and again.The peasants are disadvantaged groups and their interests must be protected.This paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of China s land requisition system,discusses the source of the damages of the landless peasants interests, and puts forward some suggestions on how to protect the farmers ＇ interests.
