摘要
试验研究了10t电弧炉内用BaCO3-BaCl2渣对不锈钢进行氧化脱磷的效果及其影响因素。结果表明,当渣量为80~100kg/t时,可获得20%~50%的脱磷率;当渣量为160~200kg/t时,可获得42%~68%的脱磷率。电弧炉内不锈钢氧化脱磷的最佳条件是:[C]i=0.80%~1.20%,[Si]i≤0.15%~0.20%,温度为1550~1620℃。
Experiments were carried out to investigate dephosphorization of stainless steel in EAF with BaCO 3 BaCl 2 flux Results revealed that,when the flux amount is 80~100 kg/t,the dephosphorization rate is 20 %~50 %;when the flux amount is 160~200 kg/t,the dephosphorization rate is 42 %~68 % The suitable process conditions in EAF are expressed as following: i=0 80 %~1 20 %, i≤0 15 %~0 20 %,t=1 550~1 620 ℃。
