摘要
浮选金精矿氰化前碱预处理,使氰化钠耗量由6kg/t降至31kg/t。氰化浸出前加碳质物的纯化剂煤油2~4kg/t,金的浸出率由9251%增至9317%。含铜金精矿用氨氰化处理,铜的浸出率由2941%降至2351%,氰化钠耗量由45kg/t降至425kg/t。金精矿细磨氰化工艺中,采用适宜的搅拌强度,可以减少碱及氰化物的耗量。
Carrying out alkaline pretreatment of gold flotation concentrate prior to cyanidation,the consumption of sodium cyanide decreased from 6 to 3.1kg/t.Aiding carbonaceous passivator—kerosene prior to cyanide leaching,the gold leaching rate increased from 92.51% to 93.17%.Treating copper bearing gold concentrate by ammonium cyanide,the copper leaching rate decreased from 29.41% to 23.51% and the consumption of sodium cyanide decreased from 4.5 to 4.25kg/t.Selecting proper intensity of agitation in the fine grinding and cyanidation of gold concentrate ,the consumption of alkali and cyanide was reduced.
